pani puri....

Yup as I speak mouth waters just hearing it... Pani puri is such a yummy dish..

Finally I decided one day to make it myself.. THE PANI PURI....
 
Ingredients for pani:

Pudina
Coriander
Green chilli
Jeera

Method:

Add the ingredients in mixer and make fine paste. Add suffiencient amount of water ,salt and chat masala and mix it in a vessel.

Get readymade puri

For filling
Boil potatoes and add salt,chat masala and chopped coriander. Finely chopped onions and some sev




Prepare sweet chutney:
Saok some tamarind and soak it well in 30 mins in hot water. Get the pulp of tamarind and add some jaggery to it and boil it.. Once the mixture is cooked.  sweet chutney is ready...
 Crack open the puri.. Fill potato mixer, chopped onions, and sev..  Serve it with pani and sweet chutney...

Batani Gojju!!!

2 Coriander(Kottambari)
1 Pudina
2- Garlic
2-  inch Ginger
1 tbspn- Sounf
2 tblspn- Pepper
8 Green Chilli
4 pieces chakke
4 piece lavanga
2 elakki
salt
2 big onions

Grind all the above ingredients

1/2 ltr oil Oggarane haaki, add lavanga+sounf+Elakki+Garlic+1 finely chooped onion+Grinded masala +1/2 kaayi turi.. Add batani and Cook it for 10 mins and after cooking add lemon juice

Boil rice and mix it with it... YUMMY Batani rice ready to eat!!!

Bisibele Bath!!!

Bisibele bath Powder:

1 cup Kadalebele
1 cup Uddinabele
1 1/2 cup Dhaniya
1/2 cup Jeerige
2-3 tblspn Gasgasee
1 spoon Menthya
1/2 KG Byadagi chilli
2 chakke
2 lavanga
3 jayakaayi
Fry all these and grind them coarsely..

Ingredients for Bisibelebath:
 Ona kobbri
Togari Bele
Vegetables, Batani
Kadalebeeja
Hunasehannu

Measurement for 1 cup rice
Add 6 cups of water.. once water boils add vegetables,kadalekayi+ Add Bele+Add Rice.. Once its almost baked, Koobari+ hunasehannu+bisibelebath powder+ oggarane.....
